Fitness Training


 

All grades have been doing Circuit Fitness Training.  This is something we need to emphasize this time of year with the Presidential Physical Fitness Tests in the near future for our upper class men.  Our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders learned and used pedometers to count their steps on aerobic  steps.  Several of the circuits were about improving our balance.  After these circuits my upper grades did self- assessments to find out which skills need improvement.
